Draw procedure

The Round of 16 draw will take place on February 27, 2026, in Nyon, Switzerland. Since the bracket is pre-determined, the draw will only involve four seeded groups based on the knockout phase pairings. The top eight teams will be seeded according to their final group stage rankings.

Teams ranked from 1 to 8 will be seeded (playing the second leg at home), while the positions in the bracket for the winners of the knockout play-off round (unseeded) are already set. The top eight teams will be drawn into the bracket to face one of their two possible opponents.

Specifically:
